The prize
Professional assessment, specific to your property.
The prize includes remote assessment of your property information by an experienced quantity surveyor, assessment of applicable Division 40 and Division 43 deductions, electronic report delivery, and reasonable clarification for you or your nominated accountant.
A physical inspection, commercial property reports and tax return preparation are excluded. No additional payment is required to redeem the advertised prize. Deductions and tax savings are not guaranteed.

- Owners or purchasers of an Australian residential investment property held, or intended to be held, for income-producing purposes and suitable for remote assessment.
- BWK Group employees, directors, promotion administrators and their immediate families are excluded.

No. Entries open at 9:00 am AEDT on 23 October 2026. You can read the details beforehand, then return during the entry period to submit your entry.
Do I need to buy anything or subscribe?
No purchase or marketing subscription is required. Marketing consent is optional and does not affect eligibility or your chance of winning.
Can I give the prize to someone else?
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
Will the schedule guarantee a tax saving?
No. Available deductions depend on your property, circumstances and applicable tax law. Review your report with your accountant or registered tax agent.
How will I know whether I have won?
The winner will be notified privately by email within two business days of the draw on 9 November 2026. See the official rules for claim and notification conditions.
