I have had multiple investment properties over the past 15 years and have used multiple different quantity surveyors in the past. Mathew was referred to me by a building project manager years ago and has done my last 3 depreciation schedules and he is by far the best, in terms of attention to detail, level of service and value for the fee charged. He is very accessible over the phone for any queries and even provides a video summary after every depreciation schedule to explain all the main points.
